Report a subtitle problem

If a translated line looks wrong, you can tell us without leaving the video. Reports go straight into the next fix.

Steps

1. Spot the line. Wrong names, missing lines and bad timing are all worth reporting.
2. Open the side panel and click "Report". Click the Donghua Mate cloud in the player's control bar; Report is at the bottom of the panel. The video pauses while you report.
3. Pick the line and what is wrong. The dialog lists the last few lines. Choose one, then choose Mistranslation, Missing translation, Wrong name or term, Timing, or Spoiler.
4. Add your translation if you have one. Type how the line should read in "Your translation", or leave a short note. Signed in, you can tick "Give me points if it's accepted": 30 points for each accepted fix, up to 300 a month. Below that you can see exactly what will be sent.
5. Send. Only the one line you picked goes to us, with its original and its translation.

Good to know

• Spoilers count too. If a card or a name gives away something the show has not revealed yet, report it as Spoiler.
• The preview in the dialog is everything the report contains.
